I was reading an article the other day about how often the human skeleton is able to regenerate itself (every 10 years) & it had me wondering, if we are structured by a whole new skeleton every 10 years, why do conditions such as osteoporosis continue to exist?
If you are to pay attention to common health advice available via mainstream media, you’d be conditioned to believe that as you age, you will undoubtedly succumb to conditions of ‘aging’ such as osteoporosis (brittle bones), heart disease, diabetes & dementia.
But what if these are not inevitable conditions of aging, but conditions which are a direct result of improper regeneration which could have been prevented had you provided your body with the correct & ample supply of nutrients in order to ensure the correct & satisfactory regeneration of your structure, during the body's natural regenerative cycles.
What if we don’t have to succumb to osteoporosis as we ‘age’ & instead we have to ensure we receive adequate amounts of vitamin D through sunlight, as well as calcium, magnesium & phosphorus in order to rebuild a sturdy & solid structure.
What if we don’t have to succumb to dementia, instead we have to ensure we provide correct & sufficient nutrition to promote the daily regeneration of our brain cells, to support the brain’s natural regenerative processes.
What if we don’t have to succumb to heart disease, instead we have to ensure we feed our body ample amounts of Omega-3 fatty acids, folic acid, and CoQ10 during each of the heart’s regeneration periods to ensure the heart receives the necessary nutrients required to regenerate itself correctly & efficiently.
Conditions of ‘aging’ may perhaps be the direct result of poor maintenance & shonky workmanship on your own part. You literally are what you eat, after all. Are you consciously building for yourself a healthier & improved version of your body with each passing day, week or year?
Or are you continuing to drink alcohol daily, smoke, use drugs, eat nutritionally void & chemically laden junk foods & inviting ‘age’ related conditions into the reality of your physical form?
How often does the body regenrate itself?
With these timeframes in mind, it can be reasonable to assume that with forward planning & abundant nutrition, recovery from any condition or injury is possible & aging, as we know it, might have been one of the greatest fallacies ever told.
Perhaps immortality isn't just a pipe dream after all.
